HTS Bioinf - Update of procedures in eHåndbok

Scope

This procedure provides detailed how-to instructions to update eHåndbok procedures, involving both document-related repositories in Gitlab as well as eHåndbok itself.

• Create an issue in the respective Gitlab repository (docs/ directory of systems repositories or docs-store);
• Create a feature branch in which you work on those changes;
• Make the changes needed and have them reviewed;
• For non-significant changes, file merge requests to merge the changes back to main and dev branches and, once approved by the code owner, merge them;
• For significant changes, file merge requests to merge the changes back to main and dev branches. Once these are approved by the code owner, add a changelog in EHB. Upon approval by the unit leader, merge the changes.
